The rock work looks nice. You need something tall and upright like a gorgonian to draw your eye upward. Personally I'd scrap the back panes of glass and put a blue background on to give an illusion of more depth.

For some reason my pics of the tank come out blue. Flash or no flash. I can't capture all the colors.

You need to reset the "white balance" on the camera to compensate for the blueness of aquarium lighting.

Stick a piece of white PVC in the tank and focus on it while setting the white balance on your camera.

That should help you get the colors better.
