New Bangaii Cardinal spitting out food

Hi All...
I got a Bangaii cardinal last night from OGII. He's active and will chase after food but just spits it out.

I've tried:

Larry reef frenzy (soaked in garlic)
Hikari frozen Brine and Mysis shrimp
Hikari Krill
Hikari Squid
Life Specturm pellets

Is it just not ready to eat or is this a sign of a fish who is not going to eat?

They are nocturnal feeders who like to hunt. Turn off the lights and put in some mysis

give the lfs you bought it from a call and ask what they brand/kind of food it was eating

I'll give that a shot. I just figured that if it's taking the food in and spitting it out that it doesn't like it. I'll go back to the store tomorrow to see what they were feeding it
