Orange spot on my 6-Lined Wrasse

I just got a 6-lined wrasse about a week ago. Yesterday I noticed, at about the halfway point on the fish under the dorsal fin, a orange spot. Today the spot is bigger. It's not on both sides of the fish and doesn't look like a scrape or bruise. The lines are non-existant on this part of the fish too. He's still eating and swimming like normal. My water params are all normal and of all the fish in the tank, he is the only one with this mark? Wish I had a picture but I am not good with photobucket. Any ideas on what it is?
