Pajama Cardinal - Eye injury?

Hi, haven't been here lately, all my tanks are fine (hanging around the car forums actually). However, I noticed one eye on my 4 year old Pajama Cardinal has gotten worse. I thought it was just an injury, but it's bulging terribly now.

Any ideas? Cures? I don't want to stress him with anything drastic, but will do what's needed to help ...

Hi Sandee, good to see you're still around.

Melafix and Pimafix are known to help with bulging eye (popeye) infections. You should be able to get them at just about any LFS.

Good luck with your cardinal. Hope it recovers soon.

I'm pretty sure that I used epson salt for my flag fin angel and it worked great. He had popeye too. You can buy it at a walgreens type of place.
