Pink bubble on bottom of filefish

Hello...

I'll do my best to describe this. I just fed the fish about two hours ago. It was frozen Hikari krill and mysis shrimp. I had to put extra in there, trying to get the box fish to eat. He's slow to eat and the others in the tank eat everything first. My filefish seemed fine before I fed them and I went to look at the tank and now he's hiding under the overflow with a pink bubble coming from the bottom of the fish.

What happened? Did he eat too much and blow his intestines out or something?

Tank is a 20 long with 2 baby snow flake clowns, court jester goby, file fish, box fish. Also includes snails, hermits, and peppermint shrimp.

He's back to normal this morning. No swelling or sings of stress. Behaviour is as it should be. I'll be doing a 20% change tonight when I get home then another on the weekend
