Pinpoint PH Meter probe

I've got a pinpoint PH meter that suddenly started reading PH of like 6. I figured the battery was starting to go, as that's what happened the last time the battery went. So I replaced the battery, and it didn't fix the problem.

Tried calibrating the thing multiple times, now it's reading negitive numbers.

Probe shot? Anyway to "revive" those things, or just get a new one?

Kills me, the probe is almost $50, and the whole meter is only $90...

yeah same thing happpened to me. imo none of the pinpoint meters are reliable. not worth the money. and i have 4 of them.

Ugg.. That's not good news at all. It's odd. It had been fine for probably about 3 years, and then POOF! No workey.

So ya'll don't think its worth spending the money on the probe then, huh?

Maybe I'll just look for a new meter.

Any recomendations?
