From what I've read it also increases pest anemone's as well if you have them.

I have also heard they it will make aipstaia grow like crazy. Supposed to be good for alas as well if you don't have any pest nems.

Yeah I don't have any peppermint shrimp (need to get a few) and I have a couple aiptasia. Sooo I would rather not fuel their grow... Stupid question what is alas?

I have been using it for 2 years now. No issues to report.

Just use 25% of dosage that they recommend and you will be fine.

I used it for a while, imo one of the better zeo supps

It was one of my weekly added additives. Not daily like the bottle says. I did abt 4 drops when I did amino acid drops. Had nice results and longer PE after I started.
