Skimmer Waste to make cultures?

It might seem like an odd question....
But I was Curious if it was a good idea to use some of the waste from my skimmers to make cultures for pods and rotifiers..
Seems like a good starting point for a very nutritious start....

I normally wet skim anyways and it is more or less just a dirty saltwater mix but full of undisolved proteins...
Any info would help...
