some heat problems in a bc 14

I am having a problem with heat in my bc 14. Heater in chamber 1 lr in 2 and a mj 900 in 3. I notice when the "white lights" go off and it is just the actinics the heat starts to rise because the fans only run when the white bulbs are on. I run the actinics 10 hours per day and the whites 8. does anyone have any thoughts about switching the bulb positions so that the fans run longer when the white bulb turns off? Thanks for your help

I'd check nano-reef.com since I don't know if anyone here is even running a biocube, in my aquapod I just swapped the bulbs like you mentioned so my fan comes on first and says on longer with the actinics.
