I have a 75g reef predominantly comprised of Zoas. I have a Coralia 3 and 4 providing water movement. I was wondering whether those with advanced zoa skills turn down their pumps at night during and after the lunar cycle(moon lights)when the zoas close up for the night. Would seem to make sense given slower tidal current at night. Pumps would then revert as the moonlights kick back on in the morning.
I have read dissenting opinions on this subject and was just curious what some of you do with your collection.
Thanks
