water quality question

i dont understand.. my skunk cleaner shrimp just died. i did a full water test today and this is what i got

temp- 79.3
ammo- 0.0
nitrite- 0.0
nitrate -0.0
pH 8.1
salinity - 1.025
calc - 480ppm
alk - 2.2

i do have some cyano ive been fighting for a while (its much less than it was tho).. i added a refuguim and packed it with cheato, and culerpa. my nitrates are def down because of the macro algae. i do a water change every week, i have a 85g system and i do about 18 - 20g

this tank is still pretty new since i upgraded from my 55 with no sump. maybe someone can point out something that im missing?

I am assuming it didn't just shed its exoskeleton and is hiding...right? Sorry to ask the stupidly obvious question.
