Since you got the picture of Coral Fanatics website, why not ask them what it is, and whether they sell you a piece of it?

Thing is the don't list the name and I'd rather buy from locals than pay shipping whenever possible.

Just got an email from CoralFanatics and they said it's not for sale currently because the branches grew too thick to frag w/o damaging it.
