Anyone have an insight on these things? On paper it seems like the easiest thing in the world but physically its not. My computer won't allow me to load the setup page to get this thing going.

Directions say to disconnect the router and disconnect WiFi from your laptop, which I did. Then it says to connect the adapter by power supply and Ethernet cable to the laptop, which I did. Then it says click on a web browser and it should bring u right up to the setup page, and then comes the problem. The page won't load, it keeps flickering and saying to enable JavaScript which is enabled, I checked 10000000 times.

I've tried Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer and all 3 browser's r doing the same exact thing. Any ideas?
