Wrasse ID

Sorry about the poor quality pic but this is one camera-shy fish. I took over 150 pictures in burst mode and this was the best of the bunch.

My mantis shrimp tank was turning into a copepod and flatworm heaven so I tried this guy. It's been in the tank about a month and I can't find any flatworms even using a magnifying glass.
