I put two of these that looked like they were pairing up into my tank yesterday after acclamation. have not seen them yet. they were about1/2 inch long. is this normal for them to hide out

pretty sure gobys and blennies do a LOT of hiding. mine are hiding but i do spot them here and there. if unseen for a few days then i'd worry
