Most vendors will insulate the package and put heat packs in it. When in doubt, just have it shipped to your job so you can keep it inside for the day.

If you are ordering a few things you can have your order shipped via airline. This way you can go to the airport and pick it up. Much higher success rate doing it this way in colder weather but it doesn't make sense if you aren't buying a few pieces.
