Lock it up dude. Its the best thing to do in your position. You don't wanna be left with a few browned out pieces that you'll wind up "throwing out". Like others have said, if no one has paid, wrap it up.

I'll echo what the others have said. Take the sale and be done with it. Unfortunately this hobby has a way of making people flake and that's something you cannot be dealing with ATM.
