See, this is a PITA. I'm loving nano tanks now and have a few species specific. Now I'm going to have to check this out, along with an ATO, a skimmer, rock, coral ,etc.
I always tell my wife that its just like the Petco sale, a 15g tank is $15 and the heaters, ATOs. etc, are $20, but I think she's starting to catch on.

Im waiting for my 2nd fluval ps2 i was afraid to order a different one because of the space. But the one i returned had a broken cup. I still had a problem with the brackets fitting

I was looking at Diver's Den the other night and they had a Gem tang posted for sale for like $2600. my wife was standing with me looking at the fish. When she saw the Gem she said "Hey that looks like our fish?!? You paid what for that fish!?!" I had some explaining to do real quick.

Yes it doesnt fit inside with the suctions cups...which would have been so convenient...they give you a few different brackets but you gotta rig something up...i stuck a piece of airline tubing to prevent it from swaying just a bit.

I think PS1 is the big one that we got with our M model tanks, and the PS2 is the smaller one.

When I can walk better (broken ankle) I can measure the ps1 for you
