Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
"I would not describe the 75 as display worthy. I converted it to a sump with drilled holes, Plexiglas separation walls and all."
Some one should grab the 75 gallon asap. That's a steal @ $50.
No saltwater fish or corals, but they do carry live rock which is a little strange. I think they replaced their saltwater section with freshwater nano fish and shrimp.
Thanks Herb, it was great to see you guys again and do a little reminiscing. The 29 will make a nice QT tank that can folded up and put in a closet when not needed.
Kind of, but I "down graded" to freshwater planted tanks and freshwater shrimp. But who knows I kept a lot of my saltwater gear.
Maybe when the college tuition payments are done I'll jump back into salt.
That's how I got mine into a BTA. MELEV's tube slide trick is pretty cool too. But only works when you're adding them for the first time.

In a tank that size you won't be able to successfully mix anemones. You could get different color morphs of BTAs though and add them.
Did you try guiding them into the anemone with your hand?
Mantis shrimp can make a loud cracking sound. I used to hear one in my tank late at night. It sounded like someone was hitting the glass with a coin. If you have fish, shrimp and snails mysteriously disappearing with no bodies it's likely a mantis shrimp.
Get an ATO to stabilize the salinity and then keep your hands out of the tank. The constant fussing irritates corals and livestock. It took me a long time to learn only intervene when absolutely necessary.
