    lights on sump

    i have been leaving a regular 60 watt light bulb shining on my cheato in the sump. Is this doing anything? i would rather not have the extra equipment under there if you think this is doing nothing. my cheato does not appear to be growing much; however, it is not dying either. thank you

    do the molts keep the color? if so, then possible, i guess. i dont see anything bothering them. i have a cleaner shrimp. no problems with him. no copper in tank. nitrates are fine, as in 0-5.

    About four days ago i bought a gropu of 10 Dispar Anthias from Feng. They are ALL doing great in my tank. Once again Feng was reasonable and helpful. Redsand is a great LFS!!!!!! Thanks Feng! The fish are great!

    I just came back from RedSand/. i am considering soem anthias for the tank. He has a bunch there for $25 a piece. Reasonable? How many do i need for a decent group? Remember, I want to see some fish. Why not get rid of the damsels?they cost 2 bucks and i dont want them attacking any of my nicer...
