You do not have to feed worms if you don't want to. As long as you feed whole clams that were not frozen to long.

If you feed whole clams how long do you leave it in the tank... I have one for 2 days already

I take the whole clam and slice it into paper thin slices. I don't put the whole clam in the tank because the fish couldn't eat it before it rotted. Unless you have big fish and small clams. The clams I use are as big as my fist.
