Yeah that's a good idea. I still need to figure out how to do alerts/emails with the apex. Haven't gotten around to that yetIf it was me I would get the water to what the refractometer is and then just look at what the probe is saying and just leave it alone. That's you know if the probe says that the salinity is.023 you know it is really.026. Then just set the alert to alarm if it changes from.023. I would only use that probe as a warning. I would still check it the manual way.
Yeah I'm hearing ATI is the best but the 8x80w fixture is over $650+ and doesn't come with bulbs apparently. RidiculousAquaticlife makes the only decent one that is cheaper than ati. The rest have bad ballasts, reflectors, or cooling.
No idea what that is or how to build it lol and I'd rather keep the canopy I have nowI would do a let retro if you can build a canopy. They are just as good as ati
Yeah I saw these earlier today, sorry I didn't make the connection. Haha. They only sell up to 4ft tho. Do u think that would be big enough? I'd prefer at least a 5ft fixture
I'll do more reading up on them, thanks manMy first link is a 60 inch.
Do they ever come WITH bulbs? Lol I mean other than buying em usedThe ATI is worth every penny. I found mine on sale for $450 new from premium aquatics.
Not true. odyssea fixtures always come with bulbs. At least the smaller fixtures do lol I've never bought a bigger one tho.T5's never come with bulbs.
