Hey Onefish. I think the tap water is OK because I test the saltwater mix before I add it. I let it sit for a day or two, and the levels are always fine. Nitrates are always at 0. I'm going to get some more live rock tomorrow and ask about "filter floss." I figure more live rock can't hurt...
