Yep. Currently its the only pump I have in the tank. Supposed to be very powerful but I never quite understood flow requirements. Seems to be enough flow but I only base that on the fact that my hammers and frogspawn on the lowest flow side of the tank all seem to sway nicely and the pump is...
I can't really remember why I have them set so high but I totally forgot that it could be related to the light. I guess I'll try lowering the intensity. Do you have any suggestions regarding what settings would make for the most natural lighting? I love my reef breeders but the lighting tends...
I have them set at 75 percent max on both channels. They turn on at 11am and ramp up throughout the day until the moon lights come on at 11PM and they turn off completely at Midnight. They are at max from 2pm - 3pm I believe.

Everyone,
I’m hoping for some feedback on how to get rid of brown algae in my sand bed. First a little bit of background on what’s been going on with my tank.
My phosphates spiked at 0.08 due to some neglect (I had not done a water change in almost 2 months) on my part. I had been using Reef...

Is this a bristle worm? It seems to have an orange or reddish tip. Not sure if...
I picked up a Fighting Conch today and as I was drip acclimating him in the bag that was given to me by the LFS, I noticed this guy moving around in the bag. I'm assuming he's a slug but he has an orange-ish color and is very active. Constantly trying to crawl to the top of the specimen...
Not sure if I can put for trade posts here but I have a male Anthia that's starting to bully my chalk basslets so It's time for him to go. He was quarantined for 6 weeks and eats everything, mysis, pellets, mini-grazer rings, etc.
Wouldn't mind trading him for an LPS frag.
PM if...
