I remember seeing a bunch of them at Red Sand (now Fengs Reef) and he told us he would just give us some since they always come in with his colonies. Would be a bit of a drive for you but if you are in the area already you might stop in and ask him.
I love that I haven't seen a post from Olivier for a loooong time and that is his grand return! I miss having Olivier around! I wish he lived about 30 seconds form me.....Oh wait...
When I lose power it's more the lack of sound than anything I hear that wakes me up.... I have slept through the fire alarm in the hall outside my room beeping but the second the house goes silent from a power outage it's like someone throws a pot of cold water on me.
If it was a more expensive frag, I would let it grow out a bit. With the...well, probably 100+ zoa or paly frags I grew and/or killed, the vast majority of the successful ones were multiple polyp frags. Not 2 or 3 either, more like 6 or 7. The good news is, that frag looks like a paly more than...

I do miss my cats.... I tend to be working Saturdays now and so is Cj but I will mention it to him. I am setting up a tank. Bought a 150g (4'x2'x30") and am setting it up as a planted freshwater tank. Taking much longer than expected but it's in the works. Will let you guys know as it gets...
Yes and yes Paul. They can get up around 2 feet and weigh well over 100 lbs. Certainly not a pet for everyone. They eat like a horse, dig like a backhoe and can outlive you, your children and your grandchildren. Nothing against Madreefer, I wish nothing but the best care and health for his, but...
If you drill holes to run the wire through make sure you use some kind of rubber grommets around the hole to make sure the edges of the metal don't rub through the wires.
