Ok. I have the newer EB832. I can get my hands on another EB8 to test it. Neptune tech support suggests sending it in for troubleshooting. They're telling me troubleshooting and labor are free but I'd have to pay for parts and programming if needed. I'll probably give that a try if I confirm its...

Using aquabus. Swapped out with a different aquabus cable. Yes, i did reset both. I purchased the EB8 used and it did work for a couple months before it started acting up. I'm thinking its something in the EB8?

Anyone ever have their EB8 knock their Apex offline? When I plug in my EB8 my Apex goes offline and when I disconnect it my Apex comes back online. They are both newer style equipment. I put a ticket in with Neptune but I thought I'd ask fellow reefers.
