I agree but why are the caps bleaching. I assume Alk is to low.

My grandson is taking down his tank. Has 1 bristle nose catfish left if anyone wants it let me know. He got it from Bob, Sponge, a few years ago.

I noticed my red/orange caps are bleaching so tested water. I started dosing Jan at low dose and slowly go up but seems that is not working. Alk has been around 65 or lower entire time; same with cal. mag took a big drop from 1480. Today increased Alk to 10ml daily, Cal 5ml daily and left mag...

Funny because yesterday my skimmer was going crazy and overflowing into the sump. No clue why but took a while to re-dial it in to skim properly.

I will bring all equipment to Eddie's unless prior arrangements are made. If interested in coral LMK and will bring.
