I have always been intrigued by the ocean and the ocean creatures. The first ten years of my life were spent in the Caribean and I was never far from the ocean, Atlantic ocean on the north side and the Caribean Ocean on the south. Caribean is still one of my favorite destinations and I visit as much as possible. Having a reef at home brings me to the place I visit once or twice a year. The first time I saw a reef tank I was intrigued, I told myself that I wanted to replicate that in my house. I read about how to get started on line and then went out and purchased a 120GL tank. This was about a year ago, since then I have learned alot but in this hobby there is always so much more one does not know. Always a new discovery, a new way of doing things, experiments. To me all very rewarding and sometimes frastruating but all worth it at the end.
