besides being closed up they look relatively healthy... dont appear to be melting or anything. i bet they will open when they get used to whatevers bothering them

i have a 20long tank goin up soon. i have been thnikin of trying plates...maybe if they do good i will give it a shot... just dosent seem like the kinda coral you can cut in half(or eighths)and have them regrow into normal ones....neat
yeah besides being non photosynthetic i think they just really dont like light. i have mine about halfway up my rocks in my nano. if he even comes out during the day the feeders dont get over maybe 1/2 inch, as soon as those lights turn off though the dark orange soft tissue up top fills with...
yeah thats a nice line of b.s! granted, some saltwater fish do get it at the slightest bit of stress but EVERY fish? im not thinkin that i do anything or shop differently than anyone else on here, and have never had ich ....in my saltwater that is
i know what ya mean audio, i would also be the one to take it in as a charity case since you at least know you have SOME pods in your tank as opposed to none in theirs.
they used to have real sharks back in the day, not anymore. and those rays are pretty beastly, so is the price. i personally like the merodonotus catfish for 700.00
