I usually soak my frag plugs in vinegar/RO mix for a few days to "cure". I would do the same with ceramic. If you need plugs Jose, I can give you a bunch. Or, they're cheap enough on Saltcritters.com.

I have one in my nano that popped up. No corals or rock in it.... Just dry Reefrocks.... figure that one out!

Call the bottom right ones "John Deeres". You'll get every farmer with a reef tank pawning over them!

Very nice find drab or not. Not often seen on many stocklists. Yeah it was Coolaid looking. He got one from Bluezoo. Don't know if it's the same or not.

Luckily for you I know a guy who sells zoa frags cheap! LOL..... I had one in my frag tank do the same thing. Usually they're picking at the brown skin sloughing off the zoa mat, but eventually, they go a little too far. Trap him, trade him, best choice.

Being on the "retail" end (If you want to call me that).... It's all about supply and demand. We (shops, lfs, etc) end up paying way more for lets say a lunar palythoa than we do bland green zoas. I've seen the Indonesian pricelists and I can tell you the suppliers in the US, pretty much pay...

I used White Kitchen and Bath Latex Paint on mine, Prevents mold from growing on painted surface, I've had mold growing on Oil Based... FYI ~Justin (zoanut's sidekick)
