I use new life spectrum. They have a large pellet and it works great with big fish I have. They also have a small pellet that I use in the auto feeder.

I use new life spectrum as primary food, but I use other brands too. Key is to feed small amounts. A lot less than you think and your fish will do fine. I probably feed a 1/4 teaspoon 2x a day and I have 10 fish and two shrimp. I mix the algae version and regular and my tangs do great. I use auto feeders pretty much exclusively. Feed once in morning at 8:15 and again at night at 6:15. I have return pumps and wave makers set to minimal flow for 15 minutes. I use two auto feeders as a fail safe. I supplement with nori and frozen now and again. I also toss in tiggerpods about twice a year.

I’ve been watching the wwc videos and the guy speaks very highly about this particular one and says it doesn’t really impact phosphate and nitrates. And and this other guy in also stays very low on phosphate and nitrates

TDO is my new favorite after getting a sample pack from rap. Before that I feed ocean nutrition pellets or flakes. New life spectrum is good too.
