We just put a bid in a house in South Toms River and the 2 places I want to put my tanks have baseboard heat; Its gas heat not electric. can I stick to the rule of 6 inches away and still put the tank in one of the spots?
If not will have to remove baseboard from one wall and move to the other which if possible.
Any thoutghs?

I'm going to assume you have forced hot water heat (although it could also be steam, but not very popular in houses today.) Just as long as you're not blocking the bleeder or balancing valve, you'll be fine. FYI, bleeders and valves are at opposite ends of the baseboard runs.

Why can't you put tanks in front of baseboard heaters? Asking for a friend

If they accept my offer I should be good. The other wall has heat so maybe just take it whervtank would go. It's an side wall anyway. Will see what happens
