OK...selling my Remora Skimmer, it's less than one year old, works perfectly with no cosmetic or operational issues. Selling because I am moving to a sump with a cone skimmer yet TBD...

got it! check for flow carefully as the sand may not stay in place with all the flow in a reef tank! experiment first, post pictures! ;D rod

I have done this before with no issues, some caution you must take... do not disturb the existing substrate, if you do, you will have spikes. make sure what you are adding is clean, free of debris, I would let the sand sit in a bucket of aquarium water for several days and then add it slowly...

Dr. Tim's makes the best bacteria liquid out there for my money, AO has it in stock, just make sure you get the type you can use for saltwater. "Cycle" and "Biospira" work well but Dr. Tim is for my money a better product. If you want I can pick some up for you with Will and bring it to...
