I have a 29 right now that I'm running a Catalina Ultra Reef hood with 150W HQI + 2x65W PCs. It sits about 6" off the water, and I have never had any heat problems (no chiller). The light difference is amazing between now and before the HQI. I highly recommend the upgrade!!
