Do we know the PAR value of any 150 watt MH bulbs out there on the market to compare the 10k XM to the Reeflux 10k?

So i currently have 4 T-5's over the tank now and was thinking about going all T-5's which is why i would get 4 more T-5s.That being said,new bulb comparisons are saying that 150's have just as much PAR value with the right bulb(XM 10K'S)I currently have sps,lps,acros,and 2 clams a crocera and...
