Haha I know all about that! If it makes you feel any better, I was hot for a Dracula goby. I waited a few weeks for one to turn up before getting the yasha. Literally the next day, NY Aquatic posted dozens of Draculas smh.

Here's my frag rack. I'm going to be gluing all of these guys down this weekend and ditch the rack from the display. And a FTS while we're at it. Don't mind the dirty glass or shrimp molt caught in the Koralia

If that's all you're trying to do, I would just run a 4 bulb T5 light, basic refugium (I can help you build one), and no skimmer. You'll be fine for everything but SPS, IMO. I feel your pain. My rock took almost 2 weeks to get here :(
