Ok, I guess the run time for the mh is a lot longer than I thought. I was guessing I could get away with 4-5 hours. So would I be ok with doing the metal halides from 10-5 and running the actinics from 7-7?

I am not at the point of running my lights yet, but I am curious to see how what the popular lighting schedules are. I have 2 130 watt actinics and 2 150 watt double ended Halogens. I plan on keeping sps and I might upgrade to 250s. What type of schedule do you guys use?

Yeah, unfortunately the bulkheads we have are really overboard for most aquariums unless you have a larger tank. I think the 1" ones are around $30, just as a reference point. All of our prices are contractor pricing but since the ones we have are sch80 you end up paying for that high pressure...
