Blue line 70 should be perfect then. The 200 can handle 1400gph, frag tank at 700gph, GAC/GFO reactors, and the 90 can run at 700gph as well but I may tune that down a bit since it's a refugium. Even without elbows and bends I'm lifting about 10ft.
