Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
I have 6 fishes. No refugium. I have small amounts of Coraline algae - it's starting to come in now. Bubble algae is growing. I read that dosing n and p isn't a good idea as it just will become dependent on it rather than finding a way to naturally increase it
We really need to know the motherboard to see if it has an available pci express slot. I'll see if the model lists the board if not you'll have to take a quick look
I am struggling with low nitrates again....
My zoa's are not fully extended :(
I have six fish, run my skimmer part time and do water changes every other week and my nitrates are still ~0.
What more can I do? I feed pellets in the morning & mysis at the evening? Feed more?
Beauty of working in construction is we get samples... and when samples are rejected I get to keep them! I got a sweet LED strip with driver & expansion. I will send photo later
I will need to feel the base later. I guess it's just branching incredibly fast & not completing it's skeleton. I will have to wait some time before I can get a good frag of it. I focussed fed it last night and oh boy is that a fun site.
Yeah I am confused as I don't see any skeleton yet.. it seems flesh all the way to the frag plug it came on. But all the research I've done suggests there should be a skeleton.. no way it could be a leather of some sort right ?
Howdy,
I am trying to figure out how to frag my Duncan. I watch videos and see that when they frag they're cutting stony parts of the coral... This duncan appears to be softy all over. Can I simply cut one of these branches off and glue to a frag plug?
