I would like to add four more bulbs to my system. Two 36" T5's and two 60" T5's. Will one IceCap ballast handle this type of configuration or will I have to buy two ballast for each different size bulbs? How many 60" bulbs can one Icecap ballast power?

For the smudging, try soaking a paper towel with just vinegar and placing on the smudging for a couple of minutes to see if that will remove it. You may have to scrape it again after you remove the paper towel. OH, one more thing. What is the height of the tank? From the pics, it looks like it...
