I started dosing neonitro yesterday for the first time ever. My tanks consistently at 0 because it has small fish they they get fed very inconsistently so I battle dangerous low levels that can make some corals look happy but flirt on the borderline of starving and dying. I had to dose 25 ml to...

    its official. BLACK BUGS !!!!

He probably won’t eat it, I think a extra strong dose of interceptor to the tank will rid you of them. My friend Ricky had them and that’s what worked for him.

On today’s agenda, try to hook this thing up to take my very old bubble magnus offline and in the spare backup area. I love older equipment because they seem to last forever. My bubble has been working for over 7 years and has only had one head cease, but it’s too risky to let the other ones...

I go a. When you put corals in the rocks on the bottom that are barely off the sand will appear to be on the sand and not as open. With a it’s a lot more Shelfy and will only look better when corals are on it. Deff put some deep water acros on the tips of the rocks that are hanging as shelfs

    Nitrates

Reefroids would add phophates with nitrates, however it seems that it raises phopahates more then nitrates / or just that our tanks are more efficiently absorbing the nitrate and leaving the phosphates. Which can stress corals and cause them to slow growth, therefor letting more phosphates build

I wish my pink lemonade was thicker to cut you a frag, I thought I was going to make an accidental nub today. It’s at the point where each nub is going to throw out a few branches, but that ding dang is nice, so if you get that one I’ll frag you a pink lemonade when that ding dang is fragable

What it’s the best macro algae to control phosphate?

Where do you plan to keep the macro? I know they make these hang on the back(or side of your tank) but they are only about the size of a brick. The plants prefer a whiter light so if it gets the ab spectrum from your lights, it won’t thrive as well as if it was getting a more white/yellow/red...
