you have a couple options to rid your acans of these. if you have enough space etween the paly and acan polyp you can cover it with reef epoxy,if its a rock you can pull out cover it with super glue gel. I have also injected palys with super glue gel and that also worked.

If its not swollen then its not a blockage,if you can qt it watch it for a couple days,it could be a worm problem as well. Wild caught clownfish often have the same problem,prazi will take care of this.

As far as I know when it comes to a fish like the gem tang and other high end fish like that price doesnt change if its 2" or 6". As for the Regal I think it was in the $240 range and its color were super bright seemed to be eating.
