    Yup im serious..... The biggest problem with the idols is that they stress so easly,then go down hill in a matter of days. Does he get chased during feedings?If so you need to move the tang....

    Nice fish,few things you need to do. 1.Keep nori hanging in the tank at all times 2.Don't feed him too much flake,get him on mysis 3.Lose the yellow tang or the idol will die from stress in a couple weeks.....

    in my opinion anything will jump if chased,but if you going with mellow fish I would do 4 purple firefish and a couple of small perc. clowns.

    Well heres my input, my purple tang took care of every SPS in my tank..... He would bite them and brake them apart just your describing.
