Well all my blues in my reefbreeders were cooked to death and melting. I pulled the heatsink from the board and this is what I found. So with the new panel they sent under warranty I removed the heatsink and reapplied thermal paste. Thanks for the heads up Paul.

Egg crate cut into panels and zip tied together. I would try to skimmer first without it tho, half inch shouldnt make much a difference

Mine has been running for probably 3 years straight cleaning it maybe once a year. Still runs great and is quiet.

what would help a lot is manually removing all that you can. The more you pull out the less the gfo has to deal with. And I use the hanna to tell me when my gfo is dead by measuring the output of the reactor
