The tomini will be ok in the 4 foot tank. The yellow will get pretty big but you might be able to get away with it. I would get rid of the blue tang, they reach 14 inches at adult length and can be way too much to deal with in a 4 foot tank. As far as the singapore angel I look at this:

Corals can survive and be ok at lower ranges but just like you observed they are not ideel. I struggled just like you to keep my params in check when I was dosing by hand because if I missed a day or more it would swing (especially in my 20g when I was dosing). I went out and got dosing pumps...
Don't want to rain on your parade but if you put that fish in a 50g tank you will never ever see it. They are incredibly reclusive, I had one in a 12g tank that I saw once a month if I was lucky. I know one person on here had luck with them coming out (in a 12g) because they had several...
If you can hold out for a little while, AO is having their anniversary sale and their salt prices look very nice. I would give the Aquavitro a shot. ESV some people love but it is quite a few steps and measurements to get it right. I would rather be a bit lazier and know I am still getting...
That light looks amazing, I love the fact they have green and red leds in there as well. The fact that they are wireless and sync to your vortechs is another added bonus. I am invested in my AIs right now (and the prices came down which is awesome), maybe down the line.
You might want to hold out for a little while. Looks like there is crazy new stuff coming out of MACNA as far as LEDs go and prices are coming down:

They generally close up and shrink as they are splitting and expending energy creating new polyps. I have never seen mine on deaths door per say, but they will close up before they spit out new polyps.
There really is no perfect salt out there. Some will have better params, some will mix clearer, some will be cheaper and then some are just plain bad. I know Randy Holmes Farley uses IO and then adds buffer. I use Aquavitro and love it, yes it leaves a residue on the barrel but I really don't...
The red sea max is 24x20x24 inches, and the AI nano is 4x5 inches. I think you would have to hang it pretty high to get full coverage over the tank and that might be a strech. The normal AI gets about 2 feet squared of coverage if hung high enought, but most will run one per foot (6 units over...
