Well I finally got my tank started about a week ago. I used the quick cycle stuff and it is ready for fish. Here are some updated photos. I picked up a tail spot Benny today and he is doing well.

Would I ba a bad person to house a small chevron tang in my 60 cube? I realize as it gets older it will have to go to a bigger home.

I am looking for a pump suggestion for the auto top off system I am going to be using. I am going to have the top off water in my basement so it will need to be pumped up from there. In the past I have used a mag 5 or 7 but the impellers break after a while. Any suggestions?

I found a guy in PA who's going to build me a 20x20 sump with refugium for only $250 shipped. Should see it in about 2 weeks.

Has anyone built their own sump out of acrylic? I am thinking of attempting a custom sump for my 60 cube I am going to set up. It would be about 20x20. The sump I have now does not have a refugium which I would like to run. Let me know if you have worked with acrylic and your experience...

I am shooting to get my tank up and running at the end of the month. Does anyone have a suggestion for live rock? In the past I've used Marco. Not sure I want to go with dry rock this time around.
