I thought the point of calibrating was to remove air so it can dose the right amount. Otherwise, wouldn't you dose less if air is pushed through along with liquid?

Last week saw a nice bicolor goatfish at ACC. I read they are peaceful but can't find anything on compatibility with other fish. I have yellow tang, clowns and dwarf angels. Any thoughts?

Joe, I never see pods in my tank. I seeded a few times but stopped as I guess they are being consumed quickly. Also, same with asternia stars, never saw any in DT and now found a few in 30g. I used some rock from my tank and dry rock from another reefer.

I have frags of devil hands, hairy shrooms and green nepthea if you're interested.

Trying to move from 2 rainbow nems and a black widow from my 80g reef to the 30g. No luck in getting them out as they moved to the very back of main tank.

Three months later it cleared up. Still can't get to the nems in main tank.

In the winter if power was lost I covered the tank with blankets to keep heat in and ran battery operated bubbler. Knock wood, this has worked well for me a few times. Have plenty of batteries ready though.

I have to say this seems like a nice doser as its working well. No blue tooth but setup is easy and its very quiet compared to Kamoer. This in conjunction with my DIY doser containers suits my needs. I will test ALK and Calc tomorrow and see how parameters are progressing. Mickey, thanks for...
