Although I would love to take that tang 2 reasons why I cannot.
1) Going on vac and will be back on the 16th
2) Max size 20", huge fish and prob to big for the 130g when I it setup
Yes, sometimes it can be a reverse affect. I used it to battle dinos. They never went away but never increased understated the same. I searched found out what Dave stated.
In my experience if it's long HA nothing will really touch it. Try an algae blenny maybe. Not sure what else is in there but peroxide dosing will get rid of it. Just some corals don't like it.
Picked up this sunken ship, about 30 inches long. It's made of resin and will soak it in vinegar bath before using, then good rinse and dry.
Do I need to do anything else? Was in a FW tank.
With tank I picked up over the weekend I don't plan to keep the corner one. I may have an issue.
As I started cleaning out garage I was way in the back and looked and said hmm this is smaller than I thought.
So measured where I was planning to put tank and its 58/59 inches plus 2 inches for...
Have to give a big hand to ACC.
I purchased two things there over the weekend and when I got home realized the price was incorrect via the email receipt.
Sent them a note and John replied back he will credit the difference and more.
Great Job!!!
No generators allowed in my development.
Is this calculation correct for battery backup?
Heater - 300w
powerhead 35w
Backup - 900w
Total used watts 335
900/335 = 2.7 hours
So lost power about noon today. I put the battery air pump in and cover top with a blanket to keep as much heat in. Power supposed to be back at 3pm. Ugh.
I think everything should be okay.
I was just about to shop for a power backup too since its cyber Mon.
