Folks, if you've recently upgraded or renewed your annual club membership but it's still not active, please reach out to the BOD or a moderator. The PayPal system has a slight bug which it doesn't allow it to activate the account on it's own.
The large frag in the pic is available for trade. I prefer to swap for any other acro frags... located in Clifton, please text me if interested: 732-250-9150. Still needs a few days to heal, but It’s a nice piece - nice dimension and multiple sprouts. Sorry, all other smaller frags of this coral...
Did some more rock moving and trimming. 2 more LA laker frags. Each plug has 15+ polyps. Open to any trades. Pick up is Clifton NJ. Text me what you have to offer 732-259-9150. Will not be assaulting the main colony for a while.
I agree. I really miss T5 and the results. Don’t miss the added heat to the room and tank...I would be willing to trade. Make me an offer I can’t refuse. I guess my next move would be to post on eBay.
Been hoarding this as a back up in case my Radions go down... never needed it and am no considering trading this. Is there any interest? Or should I just keep it. I have the hangin kit and a set of adjustable legs.
Bought my ticket yesterday. I have a feeling this will sell out at some point. Also, why is the njreef club not chipping in for a table? Members can drop off frags to sell and then the proceeds can go towards a club meeting/bbq in someone’s yard, group trip to an aquarium, etc. Also, conduct a...
Last call on these if anyone is interested. Still have one frag of 20+ polyps and 1 frag with 10+. Need to clear out the frag so I can start cutting back other corals.
Been trying to get better pics. My hawkfish has now decided he like to perch on the frag rack. So these zoanthids are open one second, irritated the next. Also have 3 nice looking, smaller, pink birds nest frags if anyone is interested. One of the zoanthids frags is NOT LA laker, it reverse...
Just trimmed back some zoa mats and made a total of 4 frags. Open to any offers, hopefully trades for other varieties. Located in Clifton, please text me what you have or for additional photo requests: 732-259-9150. First pic is an example of the polyps. Following pics are the exact frags...
The large frag/small colony is still available. Had it for a while now and it is now completely healed and has grown (started to encrust the plug). Please let me know if interested in trading.
I have a 90 gallon. Also, you will need to feed the fish a lot less for a few days to keep the peppermint shrimp hungry. They may stay hidden all day, but do somehow manage to catch uneaten food. On the nights I skipped feeding, I literally watched them rip apart a large aptasia. They also roam...
I recently had the same issue and was lucky to find some jumbo peppermint shrimp. I bought 5 and they pack hunted the aptasia every night. If you go with peppermint shrimp, you will need a group of them to work together. Same for berghia. I would not worry about the coral banded. Both species of...
