Those 25yr old pics look better than the ones I took yesterday with the digital camera.

Just noticed that my slipper coral is getting these white things on it. I tried blowing them off but no luck. Does anyone know what is going on with it? Sorry for the crappy pics. Thanks, Mark

I made a fish trap to catch a tang. I caught every fish in the tank in 48 hours. Of course the tang was the very last. I made it out of plastic crate and twisty ties. I still have it if you need it. Just put their favorite food in there and no place else.

I agree it was very irresponsible. My son’s school sends a notice home asking if any one would like the animal as a pet. The notice must be signed by the parent and returned. One year my daughter found two water turtles in the street. They kept them in the science room and she and her friend...

Very thin layer of Arog sand. Barely covers the bottom.

I usually skip a day every week. The fish do fine. The Petco in Oldbridge has battery operated fish feeders on the clearance table for $4.00. I saw about 5 over the weekend.

I heard there was some restriction in NJ on them. You can always check with a local pet store. If all else fails try PA or NY pet stores. The law could be different.

I use to stagger it but now I leave it 24/7. As mentioned before didn't see a big difference.

Try siphoning with an air hose. That will at least remove it from the sand some what.

I had a similar look in my front left corner. I added a cuke that stirs the sand nicely just not in the same spot all the time. I added an additional power head and it no longer exists. HHope that helps.

Matt, Thanks. I heard good things about Acer; guess you have 2 gig. I know Vista is a hog but was considering wiping it out and putting XP. My concern was the video card. Any comments on that? Mark

I am considering purchasing this laptop. Will mainly use it for work. Only concern I have is the graphics card. I have read mixed reviews. I am sure for on-line and work it will be fine but may want to play a game or two. Anyone familiar with it? Thanks, Mark
